Dispersion principle: the main motor drives the dispersion shaft to move at high speed through the triangular belt, and the dispersion disc on the dispersion shaft drives the grinding medium to move to produce friction and shear force, so that the materials can be ground and dispersed.
Due to the use of mechanical seal, the equipment is fully sealed, so as to eliminate the loss of solvent volatilization in production and reduce environmental pollution. On the other hand, because the air is prevented from entering the working cylinder, the dry consolidation skin that may be formed in the production process of materials is avoided.
Nano sand mill is applicable to the dispersion of various viscosity products and the grinding of nano materials.
